I have yet to do this challenge - the journaling part is so hard for me. :) I understand your feelings from moving to Washington to Idaho (I felt the same way!) and I also understand how easily and quickly Idaho becomes home!!! (you worded it so beautifully) - Where in Washington did you move from?
That is a really cute page!! I love how you did the picture! How did you do that anyway? I saw that challenge and thought about doing it, but I've been so busy I haven't been able to do anything.
I erased the edges of the photo with a brush (it kind of looked like a starburst or explosion). I just used the edge of the brush where the points were. I was surprised and pleased to find out it kind of made it look frayed. :)

We were in Ridgefield, just north of Vancouver.
