Trying something new

I didn't plan on another page today, but I'd seen a show where someone used a photo as the background and I wanted to try it. This is a page for Leah's birthday this past January. There's something not right about the page, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Hey Digi Scrapers!

I am on my way out of town so I don't have time to go look at all of them. You should check them out and see what you find.

I would like to have a beginner digi scrap class on August 2 at 7pm, Kristy's Home. Please come if you are wanting to learn Digital Scrapbooking. I am in the process of checking with Jessica on that date. I will let you know if it changes. All group members are welcome. If you are using a laptop to digi scrap please bring it. At this class we will show you how to use Photoshop to Digital Scrapbook.

This is the moment she's been waiting for.

When I first saved this page as a jpeg, the image option quality # it chose for me was 8. I usually see 10 or 12. I changed it to 10, but the page wouldn't load until I changed it back to 8. I even tried 9, but no luck. Anyone else run into this?

Austin's long overdue b-day pics...

Here are a couple of pages I did for Austin's birthday last year. He was so excited I was going to use those pictures that he insisted he picked out the paper for me to use. Consequently, it's not the paper I would have chosen or really even like, but that's not as important as Austin being happy! He loves it - he really liked the 'wings'. I think that's why he chose this paper pack!
