Free Camping kit

Using Brushes on a layout

In this Layout I used a paint brush in the shape of a flower and painted it on to the bottom of the page. I made the brush larger and smaller to make a cluster of flowers. You can download many free brushes from sites like

http://www.brusheezy.com/brushes or http://www.shadymedusa.org/brushes/brushes.htm. You need to save all your brushes in one folder. Then you can access them through the program you are using. Depending on the program you are using, you have load the brushes into its presets folder. I only know how to insert them into Adobe Photoshop, if you are using another program let me know and I will try to figure it out. Kristy Skoy

My First Digital Scrapbook Pages

Kristy just showed me how to use Photoshop and so, of course, I had to sit for a bit and play around with it. It's a lot of fun and I'm pretty excited about how my first pages turned out! They are of Kaylee's first birthday. (Yeah, I'm that far behind - actually further back than that!)

I still have some more work to do on figuring out layouts and such, but I thought they turned out okay for my first ones. I just hope the kids will let me spend a little more time on them.
