I think that you have to download winrar to be able to unzip them. Heather am I correct. Where does she go to get it. Mike could help but then I would have to call him.
You do have to download winrar - you can do it free for like a month, but then have to uninstall it on your computer. I can't remember the website, but if you google it I'm sure you'll find one - there's a lot that offer free 30-day trials! It's a little bit of a pain to uninstall if you don't plan on buying (which I didn't), but winrar works on all zip files and is really fast.
