Father's Day Challenge

It's funny how I end up doing challenges that I never planned to do...and do them before the person who makes the challenge (31 LO's in 31 days). I did these this weekend. The green one is for a mug and the other is a mousepad.

I don't know if you guys have been over to ScrapOrchard.com or not, but they are having a contest and people are submitting some great scrapbook kits and they are all FREE! You need to register in their gallery in order to view and download them. This is one of the kits from there. I originally got it because it has make-up clip art in it that will be so much fun to scrap some pages of Kaylee with my make-up all over her face! I just don't have the right picture for it yet. Anyway, go check them out - there are some really good ones!!!

A midnight scrap...

Here are a couple of pages that I did at midnight last night - for some reason I just couldn't sleep (it didn't even fit in with Jaden's medicine time! I had to get up an hour later for that! I don't know what I was doing!!!) Anyway, these are from last December.

Thank yous

I made this little frame to send home with each party guest. I'll snap a picture of the Daniel with each boy, run to the computer and insert it along with the boy's name (I used Hesston because we got his RSVP while I was working on this). I'm going to put on some of that sparkly foam on the back and sandwich in a hanging ribbon.

The kit is the same as the invite. I made my own frame and ribbon using the same paper.

A great new site!

I was on the digi free website and I found this free kit so I downloaded it. While I was downloading I went through some older posts. There are a bunch of free kits that are soo cute and they are HUGE kits too. I thought I would share with you just in case you didn't know about this website. I need help!

I have downloaded a few kits, but they are .rar files and I can't open them. There is obviously a way to open them I just don't know how. Any tips for me?

B-day Invites

OK...so I already made something for my dad and Chad (mouse pads). I'm hoping to make something for my stepdad, but it hinges on my mom...we'll see.

This is still working in the scrapbooking arena. Daniel's b-day is coming soon. Jaden and David will be getting real invitations, but here is what they look like. I just finished it so he could hand some out at school tomorrow.

The kit is Blast Off from JanniScraps. I got the metal gel alpha online somewhere...long time ago.

No ulterior motives

I designed this page tonight with no other reason than just to scrap. What is going on with me?

The kit is a mini kit from Lindsay Jane Designs. It's called "Bluebell." The word art is from somewhere online...I can't read the image well enough to tell from whom. The fonts are AnkeCalligraph and Selfish.

It's way weird to look at baby pictures of Leah when my brain is trained for Joseph!

I am doing pages of Hayden camping and there are sooo many. We took tonz of pictures that camping trip. I'm not even done scrapping all the pictures and I've already done 5 pages. It's fun though. Anyway I used the kit from Heather on all these (Actually I don't think I have done a page without this kit since I got it!)

Camping

All I can say is Heather you have outdone yourself! I love this new kit!!! Finding cute boy kits is hard, but this one is just the cutest one ever. I love the colors, they are just my taste. Anyway, I did this page using the template from your blog and I used the kit 'Boys How They Grow' from the Moo Two Store.

Whole bunch of pages

I was able to do a finish a whole bunch of pages yesterday. I went back through some of the older posts on the blog to get some ideas for layouts, so the layouts may look familiar to you. I get stuck sometimes and use the same layouts over and over again. I'm glad we are able to post so I can get new ideas, (and other reasons too). Here are a few of the pages I did yesterday.

This is another page I did with a quickpage of the new kit called Earthy Circles. In my last post I forgot to tell where I got it and the name of it. It's from Heather at the Moo Two shop. Didn't she do such a good job!! The quickpage is actually a freebie from her blog. Good Job Heather!

I actually did something!

I know you are surprised to see me posting something! If you didn't know I am pregnant and I have Prego Brain and can not focus on anything! I hope to be able to scrapbook soon!

A new kit I got

I love this kit! I'm not so sure about the layout though. I think it is too busy or something. Tell me what you think I could do to help it look better. Maybe it would help if I slowed down, because I was hurrying while the kids were being good so I did this page in like 20 minutes, which for me is good because I am slow.
